Reliable magnetic hoops

This isn't my first time ordering from MaggieFrame. I got a 6x6 Magnetic Hoop for my Ricoma last year and it's been great, so I came back for a 4x4 this time. The consistency is what I appreciate most; same good quality, same reliable shipping. Always a smooth transaction and the hoops perform just as expected.

Great HoopTalent Station

I ordered the HoopTalent Hooping Station for my Brother multi-needle machine, along with a 5x5 Magnetic Hoop. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It shipped quicker than I expected, arriving in about five days. Setting up the station was simple enough, the instructions were clear. The magnetic hoop is robust, definitely feels like it will last. My embroidery projects are much easier to align now. Quality of materials seems top-notch. I had a quick question about bracket compatibility and their support team responded within a few hours, very helpful.

Hoop works well

Got a 5x5 magnetic hoop for my machine. It arrived pretty fast, took 4 days to reach Denver. It's easy to use and seems sturdy. No issues so far, happy with it.

Good quality, a bit slow

I recently purchased the Magnetic Hoop for Tajima, 8x8 size. The hoop itself is very well-made and the magnets are strong, it holds the fabric perfectly. That part I'm very happy with. My order took a full week to ship out, which felt a little long, but once it did, delivery was quick. Customer service was fine when I asked about the shipping delay, they were polite. Overall, a solid product for the price, but they could probably speed up their initial processing time.

My new go-to for hoops!

Just got my 10x10 Magnetic Hoop for my Baby Lock machine and I absolutely love it! Hooping used to be such a chore, but this made it so easy. The magnets are super strong and it holds everything perfectly. My embroidery looks fantastic now. I'm telling all my friends about MaggieFrame, I will definitely be back for more hoops!

What's the deal with returns if I buy a hoop and it doesn't fit my machine or something?

T Todd Doyle 1 month ago
I returned a hoop once because I ordered the wrong size. It was pretty straightforward, just follow their instructions on the website. No hassle.

Yeah returns were easy, did it last month. They're pretty good about it.

Thinking of upgrading my hooping setup. How do these compare to Mighty Hoops? Is MaggieFrame a decent alternative or should I just stick with Mighty?

W Wendy Beaumont 2 months ago
I switched from Mighty Hoops to MaggieFrame a few months ago and honestly, I prefer the MaggieFrame. The magnets feel just as strong, and the price was better.

It's a solid alternative. I've used both and found MaggieFrame pretty comparable in quality and ease of use. You won't be disappointed.

What if I need a weird size, like a 13x16? Do they even make those, or is it mostly standard square sizes?

M Mia Reyes 2 months ago
They actually have a pretty good range! I remember seeing a 13x16 option. Check their product list, they usually show all the sizes for different machine brands.

I've seen some larger, less common sizes on their site. Worth looking up your machine model and seeing what they offer.

Hey guys, thinking about getting a magnetic hoop for my Brother machine. Do these MaggieFrame ones actually work with Brother multi-needle machines, like the PR series?

R Raj H. 2 months ago
Yeah, totally. I have a PR1050X and the MaggieFrame hoops fit perfectly. Way easier than those standard ones.

Mine works with my Brother. Just double check the product description for your specific model, but generally, they're good to go.

Does MaggieFrame ever do free shipping? Or coupon codes for that specifically?

P Priya 2 months ago
I've seen free shipping offers around holidays or sometimes with bigger bundles. Worth keeping an eye out for Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

Not usually a specific 'free shipping' code, but sometimes they roll it into general sales. I got free shipping when I bought a bundle deal a while back.

Are these hoops generally safe for embroidery machines? Like, the magnets won't mess with anything internally, right?

P Phil E. 2 months ago
I've been using magnetic hoops for years, including MaggieFrame, and never had an issue. They're designed to be machine-friendly.

N Neil Reyes 2 months ago
No problems on my end. The magnets are strong for hooping but not like, industrial strength that would mess with electronics inside your machine. I think they're fine.

Can I use more than one promo code at checkout? I have one for new customers and saw another for a bundle.

F Faith 2 months ago
Nah, pretty sure it's one code per order. I tried to stack them once and it only let me use one.

D Dan T. 2 months ago
Most places only let you use one coupon. MaggieFrame is probably the same.

How fast is shipping to, say, Texas? Trying to get a new hoop before a big project next week.

S Sophie 2 months ago
I'm in Austin and usually get my orders within 4-5 business days. Might be tight for 'next week' depending on when you order.

N Nina B. 2 months ago
Mine took about a week to get to Florida. It's not Amazon fast, but not terrible either.
